A holding company for an extraordinary era. An ecosystem built around what people and businesses can become.
01 / Our purpose
Build businesses. Create a lasting advantage.
Alakai LLC brings a holding-company perspective to building businesses for the AI era: a clear purpose for each company, and a long-term view of what they can accomplish together.
Our work spans opportunity discovery, personal AI, specialist intelligence, business processes, data commercialization, and computing infrastructure. Each business addresses a defined need. The parent company provides the strategic direction that makes the collection coherent.
We are building toward an ecosystem where useful capabilities can strengthen more than one business. A better operating method, a well-designed workflow, or appropriately provisioned computing capacity can become a foundation for future work. That is the enduring advantage we want Alakai to create.
02 / The moment
Technology changes what is possible. Businesses make it useful.
We believe AI represents one of the most consequential technological openings in history. Research, analysis, software creation, and coordination are becoming accessible in new ways, expanding what individuals and smaller organizations can attempt.
Capability alone does not resolve a customer's problem. It needs context, a usable product, an appropriate business model, and a reliable way to deliver. Alakai focuses on that work: turning new technical possibilities into specific services people can understand and choose.
Our conviction is long term. The tools will change. The need for trusted access, better decisions, and effective execution will remain.
03 / The portfolio
Different needs. A considered whole.
Nine businesses, organized here by their primary contribution. Select a name to explore its role without leaving this page.
FindFunding helps people and organizations discover grants, loans, and professional services. Mission Connector brings a distinct relationship-led approach to connecting capability providers and prime contractors in government markets.
A personal interface for AI-enabled research, organization, and building. Buddy centers on the individual, helping turn questions and ideas into documents, workflows, applications, and useful next steps.
Fair Value Engine is being developed to make business valuation assumptions and scenarios easier to examine. Patent Praxis supports intellectual property research, assessment, licensing exploration, and better-informed advisor conversations.
A platform in development for organizing private fundraising materials, approved information access, documents, and participant next steps. Its focus is the practical work around a fundraising process.
A separate commercialization channel for eligible business data. Opportunities begin with the owner's rights and permissions, then depend on suitability, buyer interest, and agreed terms.
CompuCorp focuses on servers and mini data center infrastructure. Within it, Autonomorg is being developed to coordinate AI-enabled organizational workflows under human direction.
The ecosystem includes Alakai companies and distinct business relationships. Each company popup explains its place in the model.
The operating model we are developing gives individual businesses focus while building support that can serve the wider group.
At the holding company
Set the direction.
Alakai's role is to define the portfolio's priorities, consider where resources can be most useful, and develop the computing and operating capabilities that support the strategy. It is also the place to assess what the group should build next.
Within each business
Deliver on a specific need.
Each business has a defined audience, offering, and customer relationship. Product scope, delivery requirements, commercial arrangements, and important customer decisions belong at the level where that work is understood.
Across the ecosystem
Make experience useful again.
Our intended shared support includes reusable workflows, operating knowledge, infrastructure, and appropriate introductions. The aim is to reduce repeated effort while preserving clear responsibilities and company-specific requirements.
Connections describe the intended operating model. Product availability, company arrangements, and customer permissions determine what can happen in practice.
05 / Reaching the market
Start with demand. Earn the next step.
A useful business needs a credible route to the people it can help. Distribution is part of our strategy from the beginning.
FindFunding is the principal discovery and intake layer in the model. A person may arrive looking for funding and identify a broader need for professional support, better preparation, or a specialist capability. Relevance should guide any next step.
Our distribution strategy includes chambers of commerce, associations, referral partners, and resellers. These channels can connect an offering with established communities and recurring needs. We assess fit, incentives, and the practical work required to serve those audiences.
Value creation starts with a concrete result: finding a relevant opportunity, organizing difficult information, advancing a workflow, or supplying useful capacity. Revenue models vary by business and may include provider-paid sourcing, software or service fees, infrastructure arrangements, and separately agreed data transactions. FindFunding discovery is free; third-party offerings may have their own costs.
06 / The foundation
Capacity beneath. Coordination above.
Computing resources and organizational workflows solve different problems. Bringing them into a deliberate operating model is central to Alakai's direction.
Servers and mini data center infrastructure provide the capacity behind AI-enabled work. CompuCorp's direction includes internal requirements alongside external hosting or capacity arrangements, with resources planned around actual workloads.
In development within CompuCorp, Autonomorg focuses on organizing defined roles and workflows across a business. Its ambition is to connect priorities, responsibilities, and execution across functions as the operating model matures.
People set direction, establish access and boundaries, and review consequential decisions. More capable tools require clearer accountability.
07 / How we grow
Ambition sets the direction. Evidence sets the pace.
We want each addition to earn its place through customer relevance and a practical path to delivery.
01
Establish the need.
Identify the customer, the work they need to complete, and the reason an offering deserves their attention.
02
Prove the usefulness.
Develop a focused experience. Examine whether the result is understandable, usable, and worth returning to.
03
Support the delivery.
Align capacity, workflows, responsibilities, and commercial arrangements with what the business needs to provide.
04
Expand with purpose.
Use operating experience and customer demand to guide improvement and new opportunities. Scale should follow a business's ability to deliver.
Our portfolio spans different stages. Fair Value Engine, DeckToClose, and Autonomorg are in development. Each business's website is the reference point for its current offering and availability.
08 / A closer look
Good questions. Clear answers.
A few practical distinctions about the group and how to engage.
Is every business an Alakai subsidiary?+
The ecosystem includes different relationships. Some businesses are Alakai companies; Mission Connector is an ecosystem relationship, and DataProceeds is a distinct ecosystem business. Autonomorg sits within CompuCorp. The interactive portfolio identifies these distinctions.
Does the map show integrations available today?+
It shows how the businesses fit within the intended operating model. It is not a live integration catalog. Individual offerings, connections, and arrangements develop at different stages.
Does using one business automatically share my data?+
The ecosystem model does not imply automatic data sharing. Access depends on the relevant product, permissions, and arrangements. DataProceeds opportunities require a separate assessment of rights, suitability, and authorization.
Where should I start a conversation?+
For a product or service, open its company popup and follow the website link. For a distribution relationship, infrastructure need, operating capability, or broader collaboration, contact Alakai with the opportunity you see and the role you could play.
